Situated at only 150 metres from the beach and 3 swimming pools with bar & restaurant service, these apartments are very well located at only 4 kilometres from Ciutadella (bus stop at 50 metres). Bars, restaurants and supermarkets, scuba-diving school and more outdoor activities, we are here to make the most of your holidays in this magic island.

1.-LOFT

This luxurious apartment has lovely views of the sea and is fitted with air con, dish-washer and washing-machine. It consists of a fully equipped kitchen with modern two seater breakfast bar, a king size bed, TV, sofa-bed with chaise long, bathroom with amazing shower and terrace with table, chairs and great views.

2.-BASE

This apartment with air conditioning has a fully equipped kitchen with modern three seater breakfast bar, a separated double bedroom with double bed, sofa-bed, bathroom with hydromassage shower, washing-machine and a terrace with table chairs allowing you to have a relaxed evening drink in the comfort of your own surroundings.

3.-PI

This apartment has a separated fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom with double bed, living-room with sofa-bed and air conditioning, bathroom with hydro-massage shower and a terrace with table and chairs and nice views to a forest.

4.-MAR

This apartment consists of a separated fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom with double bed, living-room with sofa-bed and A/C, bathroom, washing-machine and a terrace with table and chairs and nice views of the sea.

All the apartments are in the same building.

It is located next to restaurants, bars and supermarkets (less than 200 metres) and 5 minutes walk to the beach. It is well connected by local transport and there are many buses going to Ciutadella (only 10 mins. journey) and the rest of the island.

All apartments have TV, washing-machine, iron and microwave; clean new bed linen and towels and we offer an additional cleaning service for long stays.
